CANCELING: All appointments that require to be canceled or rescheduled must be done 24 hours in advance. If not you WILL be charged a rescheduling fee before you come into office.
RUSH FEE: Please understand that WE SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY , and DO NOT RUSH our services for anyone. If you’d like to skip the line it will be EXTRA.
DEPOSITS: Deposits Are non refundable & go towards appointment when you come & can only be used for 1 rescheduling appt; anything after WILL be a NEW DEPOSIT FEE.
TRAVEL FEE: Out of State & want us to come to you ? Please understand a TRAVELING FEE will be applied.
COVID POLICY: The office space, chair, & tools are cleaned between each appointment, if you believe you may be sick PLEASE LET US KNOW so we can reschedule your appointment, & QUARANTINE FOR 14 DAYS BEFORE NEXT APPOINTMENT THANK YOU !
